Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and attach it securely to your package.

Pack and Ship

Place the unused products in their original boxes into a shipping carton, include the packing slip, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Processing and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
